MS Electrical Services have recently carried out a number of Fixed Wiring Tests on a range of residential properties managed by ourselves for private landlord clients. The process for arranging these works has proved to be very easy with appointments being confirmed promptly upon request. Attendance at the properties has been reliable and consistent, with agreed times ensuring certainty for tenants and landlords over property access.
