If you’re a landlord it is your responsibility to ensure that the safety of your tenants and anyone they invite into your rented property is not compromised by faulty electrical installations.

I recently had the need to employ an electrical contractor to install a number of charging points within our dealership, in order to prepare for Audi’s growth in the supply and servicing of electric vehicles. We needed three sockets installed in our workshop in order to facilitate the electric charging of vehicles whilst they are in our care. In addition to this we required the installation of an interior and exterior charging point that would add convenience for our customers should their vehicles need charging on site. We contacted a number of electrical companies to discuss this requirement and to quote for the work to be completed.
