We had a worrying discovery when undertaking PAT testing for a client this week. On the face of it, the toaster in the picture looks fine, as does the plug, but when we opened the plug we found that the screws were missing on the terminals inside. This fault was uncovered in an engineering warehouse that had recently had a fire.
