To help their students stay safe, Fitzwilliam College in Cambridge recently commissioned us to install brand new cookers and hobs which are controlled via a cooker switch, timer and contactor. In use throughout their student accommodation, the new cookers and hobs are set to switch off automatically, thus reducing the risk of injury and fire should the students forget to turn them off themselves.
