At MS Electrical we take our accreditations very seriously and we’re delighted to report that we’ve passed our annual NICEIC audit once again. This rigorous audit involves assessing different areas of our operation, including our office technical library, our qualifications, our insurances and our Health & Safety policies and procedures.
In addition, the inspectors look at the continued calibration of our test equipment, the quality of the reports we issue to customers and the software systems we use to compile those reports. Finally, we have to pass a technical Q&A session and accompany the inspector to a selection of our sites of completed jobs to ensure that we have carried out the work correctly and that all the information we have included in our reports is accurate.
As Mark Smith, owner of MS Electrical Services, points out, NICEIC accreditation is hard earned but a sign of a quality contractor. “We’re very proud to have passed again this year,” he says. “As well as being a huge feather in our cap, it’s also brilliant for our customers as they know that they can engage us for all their electrical safety work with complete peace of mind.”
