The third in our new series of videos focuses on our fixed wire testing service. Fixed wire testing is an inspection of the electrical wiring of a property, during which any electrical safety and compliance issues it may have are identified and reported on.

The outcome of fixed wire testing is an Electrical Installation Condition Report, which ensures that owners of buildings are meeting their duty of care to their users and to themselves by complying with Health & Safety guidelines and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
